LIVESTREAM UPDATE:

The next livestream will be this Friday, September 19th at 7:30pm est!  I’m gonna have this one start a half hour later than normal to ensure that I have enough time to get back home/set up after work.

This stream, by the way, will feature the final court case of Apollo Justice, which is one of my favorite cases in the entire series.  It features many wild twists and turns, and spans seven years worth of events and evidence.

It’s an absolutely wild finish that makes Apollo Justice possibly the best stand alone game in the series.

See you then!

END LIVESTREAM UPDATE!

So I did a ton of data entry this week at work, which mostly featured typing in names, addresses, years, etc.  As you might suspect, email addresses were also part of the files.

Generally, most adults use one of a few different naming conventions for their standard email addresses, stuff like

One of the less used naming conventions features the last two numbers of someone’s birth year at the end of the name, like [email protected].

One particular email address I came across happened to end with 69.  I figured that no adult would have a 69 in their email as a joke, and assumed he was born in 1969.

I was wrong.

Nope, this was an actual 69.  Like, a lolololol 69 type sixty-nine.  Weird.

Other than that, my friends and I went to ESCAPE THE ROOM NYC THIS WEEKEND AND ALL OF YOU SHOULD TOTALLY DO IT RIGHT NOW STOP WHAT YOURE DOING AND GO THERE WHY ARE YOU STILL READING THIS YOU SHOULD BE BOOKING A ROOM WITH THEM GO DO IT.

You now might be operating under the assumption that we had a lot of fun at Escape the Room NYC.

You would be right.

Without getting too into detail (I don’t want to give anything away on solving the puzzles or what-have-you), we were locked in a room and had sixty minutes to escape using items and information found inside.

This included stuff like finding hidden keys, number combinations, and a bunch of other tools specific to the scenario we were playing.

It was crazy fun, and if you’re ever in the city, I highly recommend you check it out.  Their waiting list can be kind of long, and in order to book a game, it must be done pretty far in advance.  If you want more information, here’s their website.

We can’t wait to go back and try their other scenarios!
