This is another one of those totally random comics that, if someone were to ask where the idea came from, I wouldn’t really have an answer.

It’s just one of the many things my brain spits out willy-nilly.

If you’re wondering what this strip is about, it’s a mix of this and (warning, spoilers for the movie Se7en) this.

Every morning to start the day at camp, a counselor or two will volunteer to wake up extra early to play music over the PA system in order to wake the rest of the staff and campers.  As I’ve mentioned before, we have church services every Sunday here, and will have priests visit on the weekends to do their thing.

These priests will almost always stay in the cabin I live in.  Strange bedfellows, right?

Anyways, as I was leaving the shower this past morning, dripping wet and wearing only a towel, the visiting priest was in the kitchen blessing wine in preparation for communion.

This is, I imagine, a pretty common thing for a priest to do.

However, we had music playing over the PA, which is also pumped into my cabin.

The music happened to be Backstreet Boy’s “Everybody.”

And the lyrics at that particular moment… well…

AM I SEXUAL?!”

Awkward doesn’t even begin to describe it.
