This isn’t the first time I’ve tried working out on the norm.  About two years ago I got really into it and was running and lifting weights every day for a year and change.

Then I moved and the longer commute kind of killed that off.

That said, I think it’s definitely time to get back into the swing of things cause I really liked the way I was feeling physically, you know, like being able to run long distances and lifting things I couldn’t lift before.  Obviously I wasn’t like Hercules or anything, but it felt nice.

Here’s to trying to be small Hercules again… twink-ules?  Ottter-ules?
