SUPER NEW LIVESTREAM UPDATE:

We didn’t finish the final Apollo Justice case last night (fatigue… is a cruel mistress), so we’re gonna do it today!  Saturday, September 20th, that is.  At 7pm est!

LIVESTREAM UPDATE:

The next livestream is this Friday, September 19th at 7:30pm est!  As mentioned on Monday, we’ll start at 7:30 to make sure I have enough time to get home from work.  Join in all the doodling, the chatting, and games!

We’ll also play through the final case of Apollo Justice, which is a marathon of mystery, murder, and magic.  It’s totally awesome and probably the best single case in the series, so if you’re interested in a crazy court case, this is the stream for you!

You can view the stream here or here.

See you then!

END LIVESTREAM UPDATE!

Awesome as Apollo Justice is, I feel as though it’d be incredibly simple for any witness to beat down his cross examination techniques.

Sure, Apollo might be keen on picking up peoples’ nervous twitches, but how any of that is legally relevant is confusing.  Simply put, it isn’t.

At no point in time should the Judge ever accept any line of reasoning Apollo offers when it’s entirely based on someone twirling her hair, or scratching her ear, or what-have-you.

As far as I’m aware, I don’t have any nervous twitches… but I do suck at social hand gestures!

While riding the subway over the weekend, two dance performer folks got in our car, busted out a boom-box, and began dancing.  This happens quite a bit in the city, so I ended up just staring at my phone.

Apparently this was a mistake.

One of the dancers was right in front of me and had lifted a fist expecting a fist bump.

I totally didn’t notice at first, but when I did I went to bump him.

…yet he was already gone…

…and I was just sitting there holding my fist out like a dummy.

I’m cool.
