I’m sure the priority tickets you receive by selecting the flex role in Overwatch do actually get you a game faster, but the amount of time they promise you’ll wait is basically never close.

Less than a minute?  Get out of here it’s going to be like three or four times that most of the time.  Is it a huge deal?  No… but just be honest, Blizzard.
