Having a tablet makes online pictionary games a breeze… for the most part. No matter how awesome I render a commonplace object (and you know just how amazing I am at drawing*) the chat channel will be filled with either wrong answers or silence, instilling the same in me.

I live in New York by the by; you may have heard that we got some snow yesterday. While watching Moulin Rouge! with my roommate, we occasionally noticed flashes that appeared to be lightning.

Can’t be, we thought, there’s no thunder.

But then, FLASH!!

KRAK-A-THOOM!

Lightning, in a snowstorm. Apparently this happens only six times a year. Not in New York. Not in the United States.

In the entire world.

I guess that makes whoever got struck by the snow lightning (lol ffxiii) is the luckiest person on the planet.
