Corpse Run 1,020: Tell my wife I said “hello”
Trials of Mana was… alright.
Pros:
- Fun battle system (if only really excelling during boss fights)
Cons:
- Modular narrative is straight garbage
Mediocre:
- Everything else
Definitely worth a try if you’re into JRPGs, but there wasn’t really much that shined here.
I wonder why its easier to accept shlocky plot in the nes and snes era of games xompared to modern. Secret 3 was also modular but kinda a cult fan translated classic. Though to my mind sword (secret 1) and Secret (Secret 2) where the stand outs.
