Chances are by now you’ve seen that the end of the world is supposed to be this Saturday. On Monday, I was given a pamphlet about the rapture, and immediately thought Majora’s Mask.

If you haven’t heard about the coming end of days, allow me to quickly let you in a what’s going to happen:

On May 21st, 2011, a great earthquake will occur at 6pm. Not 6pm in one time zone, but every time zone. That’s right folks, there will be a tidal wave earthquake that rips across the world and in that moment, the pure of heart will ascend to heaven, while the rest of us putz around here until God destroys the Earth five months later.

This apocalypse theory was put forth by Harold Camping of a Christian radio station named Family Radio. I’d link to it, but I don’t want to give them any traffic. Harold has spent much of his life predicting the end of days, apparently jumping the gun in the past by saying the world will end in 1994.

He’s sure this time though, so buckle your seatbelts.

I’m just really interested to find out what his radio station’s programming schedule will be on May 22nd.

And hey! SEND ME ART TO PUT IN KAT’S KORNER FOR SUNDAY!!! DOO IT!!
