Juuuuuuuuuuuuuust saying that 2B might be more powerful if she used her storage space more efficiently.

So like, I’m a big fan of good inventory systems, and NieR Automata certainly has a fun one.  2B, the main character, is an android.  While she has swords that you can swap out and upgrade, she also has like… hard drive storage for ability augments like extra critical chance and reduced damage.

Also part of these abilities are all of the HUD stuff.  While I haven’t tried it yet, I think you can remove HUD elements to make more space for abilities, which is a super cool concept.

The game is definitely starting to drag a little, but it does have a fun inventory system!
