I’m assuming this happens to everyone cause this HAPPENS TO ME SOMEWHAT FREQUENTLY.
Now I’m not necessarily saying that Risk of Rain 2 sometimes has luck rolls that appear to be fixed against me, but sometimes Risk of Rain 2 has luck rolls that are absolutely fixed against me and I won’t hear otherwise.
