So my upstairs neighbor has been loooooud for the last four or five months, even before the pandemic quarantine.  Dude’s been yelling, screaming, banging, etc for a while, and not in a way that suggests he’s really emotional while playing video games or something.  The guy has been yelling at people, sometimes in the room with him and sometimes I assume on the phone.  There’s also been a lot of vaccuming up there, like multiple times a day.  Like, with all the yelling and shouting and banging, why is there also a need for constant cleanup?  Is this a murderer? 

Who knows!

The guy also likes to blast his speakers occasionally.  That’s fun.
