Kat’s Korner 011: Rio dinner doodles
This past week I met up with some ye olde college friends to see Rio, which was totes an awesome movie. Afterwards, we went to grab some food. Now, anytime you put a group of artists (well, my friends are artists, anyway) in a restaurant with paper menus, the above doodles are almost sure to be created.
The drawing, by the by, is myself (suddenly with long hair and a Jewish hat) driving away in a three-wheeled car from an explosion. Thanks Gene, for the wackiness. Also included are our old professors with animal bodies, bunny-planes and bear-subs, a weenie dog.
I loved Rio but being a bird fanatic I have to pick on it. Parrots always have two toes back and two forward, not three and one like raptors and such. And chocolate is deadly poisonous. And there were actually seven of the species of Spix Macaws remaining… oh just forget it I’m starting to go on a rant.
