Corpse Run 035: Injustice for all
I wouldn’t say this is something that ever really bugged be about the Phoenix Wright series, but I do find it odd that every case he takes on just happens to be a murder. Sure, there’s one case where he begins by defending a theif, but like like clockwork, some poor sucker dies and suddenly murder is the topic of conversation. Add to the fact that Phoenix wins basically every case, and it really makes me start to wonder if he’s truly the instigator of these murders.
Or just really really unlucky.
On a completely different note, I want to let you all know that it’s never a good idea to drink while bowling. This past Monday I went bowling in New York, and once I was at my 5th beer or so, throwing the ball down the lane became…challenging. I don’t believe the English language possesses the words to describe the feeling of holding an object more suited to being a murder weapon and being tasked with accurately hurling it down a narrow path while the world is starting to spin. Suffice it to say that I did not hit many pins that night.
But I did hurt my hand… I better get Phoenix on the line.
I read that Phoenix actually has more cases (which aren’t as special as the ones we get to play), some of them are shown in the PW manga. xD
In any detective series, it’s always murder, no matter what
First time commenter. Bowling + Drinking is always a good idea, especially with a drinking game…
For every strike or spare, everybody else drinks; once for spare and twice for strikes. For consecutive strikes / spares, everyone drinks the amount to drink times the consecutive amount.
Strike, drink twice
spare then strike, drink 6 ((1+2)*2)
Turkey (three strikes), drink 27 ((3+3+3)*3)
and so on
Have fun!
