Corpse Run 456: In a well rounded kind of way
LIVESTREAM UPDATE:
Everything is broken or something. This is the second livestream in a row with technical issues, but now things are teetering on the totally bizarre. On Friday, despite everything working when I tested it earlier, my webcam decided it wanted to occasionally go AWOL again.
…but weirder than that my computer no longer felt like its USB ports should work, but only while streaming.
Weird.
Anyway, I will try to get to the bottom of this, and there will be a livestream this Friday, October 10th at 7pm est. I just don’t know if there will be a doodle portion or not. If stuff is still all broken-y, we’ll just play games again!
See you then!
END LIVESTREAM UPDATE!
I finished up Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright this weekend, and the finale was everything I hoped it would be and more. The twists and turns of the final court case mixed with the mystery behind the town of Labyrnthia with excite fans of either series, although I imagine that most people who like one already like the other.
That said, my goodness, Espella… if you needed to choose one word to describe Herschel Layton’s eyes, why on Earth did you go with sharp? I mean, they’re sharp, sure, but they’re not sharp.
Maybe I just really wanted to doodle that last panel with Espella.
On the neat side of things, I went to the Giants vs. Falcons game with Rich yesterday. Despite looking pretty flat in the early going and falling behind by ten points, the Giants put together a solid second half to pull out a victory.
Riding the wave of a 80,000 fan strong high I traveled back home to watch my team, the Jets, take on the San Diego Chargers.
We lost.
Badly.
31-0 badly.
No worries, we’ll bounce back and pull off a win next week! Oh… we play Denver, who had the highest scoring offense in league history last year.
Nuts.
Dang, alex, that jets game must have crushed you. I know it crushed me to hear that. I’m not able to watch because my parents think every non-san francisco team sucks, and therefore should not be watched.
We’ve had worse losses before, but this one was pretty bad. Sorry to hear about your San Fran-centric folks, best of luck in trying to watch some non local games!
I sure hope your football fans are much more…well, polite than our football/soccer fans 😀
Also, glad to hear you had fun at the match 😀
For the most part fans are well behaved. Also, being at the stadium is totally awesome!
Have you played epic battle fantasy 4? It’s a really great game and it seriously doesn’t matter if you haven’t played the other ones. You can find it on the web, if you want to try it.
oh yes, that game. i have that on steam, and it is great, and i recommend it as well!
I haven’t, but I’ll check it out!
Maybe they are sharp edged disks instead of eyes?
Professor Layton is more lethal than I thought =P
I will finally be able to make it to the livestream on time!
Regarding the “eyes…” maybe they’re actually portals to a dark, endless abyss of nightmarish creatures.
or maybe they’re just eyes. Who knows?
Layton would totally make a puzzle about the nature of his eyeballs, you might be giving him ideas =P
